PLEASE KEEP IN MIND:
1. Allow a minimum three (3) week advance notice for submittal of all requests. There must be a reasonable time period to ensure proper coverage since Ambassadors are students and their class schedule must be taken into consideration.
2. Submit one request per event.
3. Ambassador(s) will arrive 30 minutes prior to the event unless requested earlier.
4. Requests are reviewed & assigned by the Ambassador Advisor(s).
5. Ambassador availability is not guaranteed for all requests.
